Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations?
Shipping meets its greatest quality standards. Once you have placed and confirmed your order, these guys get your gift nicely wrapped and packaged and will be ready and on its way within 24 hours from when your order was placed. There are a few instances such as whether, fax, or email orders, that may require a little bit longer time in order for your gifts to be shipped. In most cases your gift is on its way within those 24 hours.
Arrival time is a bit different. The gift/s will be shipped within the 24 hour time period but times vary depending on the location you plan to send the gift. Carriers for your gifts include UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. In order to confirm that your order was processed, they will immediately provide you with a confirmation number. Once you receive that confirmation number, you can then rest easy and assured that your order is being processed. You may also call their customer service number (1-800-729-7839) to double check that your confirmation number is in fact confirmed.
Cancellations are a bit more difficult. The fact that these guys try to get your order processed and shipped out within the 24 hr period, does not allow them to cancel the order. Once it is submitted there is not much more you can do. They do give a phone number to call in order to modify an item or the shipping, but they do not cancel the items. Your card will be processed for the amount of the submitted cart.
