LifeTime Warranty
Cigavette’s lifetime warranty will warrant any electronic components of the product bought. The warranty does not cover Flavor Cartridges or Disposable Products. The warranty also covers every single one of their batteries. All you have to do is contact them through email and you will be on your way to get a replacement battery. Sometimes the batteries will be a slightly different color due to stock that is changing.
The warranty does not cover if you modify, alter or repair the product you buy, by someone other than the Cigavette company. So i highly advise not to start messing with your product if you feel there is a defect as soon as you begin to try to use the product. Maltreatment of the product or misuse of the devices other than what it says on the instruction manual that you get with your item, will not be covered. So please follow the instruction manual in order to keep your warranty for the life of your product. You must use your device or product only for what it is meant to be used with. For example accessories that are unapproved or aftermarket will result in the void of the lifetime warranty.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is great with these guys. Their shipping services are through the United States Postal Service. They offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. If you are trying to ship anywhere within the United States, it is completely and absolutely free. They try to get your items shipped the same day the order is placed. Definitely keep in mind the time of day that you order your products because that will determine whether they get shipped the same day you order or the next day. Therefore anywhere in the U.S. is free shipping.
If you decide that you would like your shipping to be much faster within the United States, they do offer Express Domestic Delivery which will cost an extra $19.95 for Priority Maill Shipping. If your order ends up being more than $150 dollars you will be upgraded to the free Priority Mail Shipping package. If you plan on spending a good buck, these guys will compensate and will charge you no fee for the Priority Shipping Method.
International Delivery is also an option with a flat rate fee of $19.95. Since it is an international shipment that time that it will take for your items to arrive will be more than the 2-5 days you would get with domestic and express domestic delivery. Customs forms make this shipping method a little bit slower and with a small delay.
FREE RETURNS! I love it when a company will back their customers up when purchasing their products. You can return any items you do not like or need and Cigavette will replace or return those items at no cost to you! I love it.
Defective items shall be sent back in order to get a replacement. You should contact Cigavette first and speak to a representative to see if he or she can troubleshoot the problem over the phone. If they determine that the electronic vapor cigarettes are defective and that the full warrant is still on the line, you will be asked to securely package your items and send them back to this address:

Your items will be received and within 3-10 business days your items will be sent back as a new replacement. Note that you only have 30 days from the day you speak to the representative to send back your defective items.
Safe and Secure
When you create an account and become familiar with checkout and payments you will see that every time that you put in an order you must retype in your credit card credentials. This is because Cigavette never stores your credit card information for that specific reason.
