SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Shipping is great with these guys. They try to get your product within 1-5 days after your confirmation email is sent to you due to your purchase. For countries outside of the EU there may be a slight delay and a few more days will be added to your shipping time. Shipping is free if you choose the recommended mail service that they provide. If you want to use UPS there will be extra charges accrued.
If you decide to cancel your order, you only have within 14 days to do so. There are a couple restrictions that apply. If you send the product back and they find that it has beeen tampered with and the packaging and product are not as your received them, you are subject to a smaller refund or deewatch will send you back the item completely and will not give you your refund. SO it is very crucial that if you decide to send back your item or to cancel, that you do not open the package whatsoever.
In the case that your order was incorrect, you must contact deewatch and let them know and they will pay the expenses for the shipping back of the product, but only in the case of incorrect misplaced or duplicated orders.
